NOXOR Platinum Edition For every set, push yourself to the limit and don't stop until you can't do more. You can then begin using heavier weights and doing less repetitions to increase muscle size. When trying to bulk up, use bench pressing, squatting and dead lifting. These three techniques will help you et into shape in a relatively quick amount of time, and help you continue to build muscle. Different exercises should be added onto your weight-lifting routine, but you should ensure that these three particular exercises are always done on a regular basis. A great idea when trying to build muscle mass is to eat protein rich foods before and after your exercise routine. Try taking in 15 grams within a half hour preceding training and 15 grams following the workout. This is about the same as one or two cups of milk. Your routine should consist of three or four workouts in a week. Taking days off is important, as this gives your body time to recuperate. If you overwork your body you have a greater chance of getting an injury and then needing to take time off to let it heal. Alter your diet to go with your training. Muscle building requires a diet high in protein and lower in fat. This is not a pass to eat more food. Instead, it means you must balance your diet. A vitamin or protein supplement can help you to get everything your body needs to build muscle. To increase your muscle-building efforts, focus on getting the most from bicep curls. Generally, while doing bicep curls, you don't get the most benefit offered from a curl because you don't get the bar up past the point of being parallel. However, the top half is the strongest part of a bicep curl. By doing barbell curls while sitting, can help you fix this.
