a half of cardio per week is a Elevate IGF ll you need on the cardio I would stick more with high-intensity interval stuff because you can just get more bang for your buck in terms of time and fat loss so if you want to learn more about that i would say head over to i think i have an oracle over at Legion Legion athletic sock on go to the blog and s Elevate IGF earch for women and I believe I have an article there on just like the question for deadlifting
